|Description:||The Apple Certified technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Apple hardware and software and work with customers and management to resolve product related issues.|
|Duties:||·Maintain a sense of urgency while dealing with multiple tasks and turning around service orders and repairs to customers as quickly as possible.|
·Provide front-line customer support at the service counter including resolving customer issues, problem solving, and diagnoses.
·Work with management in maintaining efficiency, reporting customer issues, and assisting with customers when necessary.
·Have a passion for customer service and be committed to exceeding expectations.
·Troubleshooting and repairing Apple hardware and software.
·Be able to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms.
·Drive sales by offering product knowledge, and providing complete solutions based on customers specific needs.
·Possess a willingness to share knowledge and be able to communicate this knowledge to store associates and customers alike.
·Participate in continued education of all Apple products and services. Acquire additional certification if deemed necessary.
·Helping to maintain a healthy positive working environment by embracing company’s values concerning respect, diversity, and a harassment free workplace.
·Comply with all company policies and processes.
·Assist in controlling store expenses by adhering to loss prevention policies and practices including safety.
|Qualifications:||Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.|
